Occupying a superb position with wonderful rural views, yet within a mile or so of Cheltenham’s elegant town centre, these delightful holiday cottages have been created from a range of 19th-century barns and are furnished and equipped to high standards. All cottages enjoy a good choice of shared facilities including a covered heated swimming pool, an all-weather tennis court and a croquet lawn. The cottages are well equipped, with an automatic washing machine, microwave oven and dishwasher, and each cottage has its own sitting out area with patio and furniture.

This property was perfect for our stay. We had a family get together and there were 9 of us. The bedrooms are all a good size, all with ensuite facilities and the building was immaculate. We were met on arrival and shown around the property and made to feel very welcome. In summary, this is a fabulous property and we could not fault it in any way.
We had the house to celebrate our Ruby wedding with our family. It met all our needs and more. The swimming pool was a great hit with all ages 8 - 63. The new kitchen was wonderful, you were able to prepare meals but still feel part of the party. Would recommend this for anyone with a large party to stay.
We had a wonderful family holiday, age range 61-2years. Lovely accommodation with secure garden, close access to swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Owners very caring and the welcome pack was lovely. Also thank you for letting 6 friends join us for a barbecue, a surprise for my 60th birthday and retirement.
Absolutely lovely cottage, well equipped and the large bowl of fruit , milk, bread and biscuits were a lovely touch that made us feel welcome from the outset. The tennis courts, swimming pool and games room were used to the full, while the older ones in the party enjoyed the wonderful conservatory/dining room. This was the best family break we have had and we can't wait to go back.
I can't rate this cottage highly enough. We spent a lovely week here, 14 people and 3 small dogs for our parents 75th/70th birthdays in April. The pool was wonderful and other facilities that were enjoyed by all, were great. The lounge seats 14 people and makes for some wonderful family evenings. We are already planning another break here. Loved it and we don't usually holiday in the UK, but it was perfect.
